By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide digital marketing, consulting, branding, publishing, and related professional services. All services are governed by written proposals, contracts, invoices, or service agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us to resolve the matter may be considered a breach of this agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and professional services, all payments are handled on a case-by-case basis before the commencement of work unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, traffic levels, publishing outcomes, or business performance. Marketing and consulting results vary based on numerous external factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, frameworks, designs, and deliverables created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Unauthorized use, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and necessary materials. Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor transactions for fraud. Any fraudulent activity, false disputes, or unauthorized claims may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
